Due to the nature of our small-scale business and the use of freshly made, handmade, and vegan-conscious ingredients, the availability of stock may vary.
Stock Availability Notice: Please be aware that some products may be temporarily out of stock or have limited availability. As we prioritize the freshness and quality of our items, restocking timelines may vary. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Shipping: We currently offer delivery services exclusively across major cities in Pakistan. Please ensure that your city is within our delivery radius before placing an order.
Shipping Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 4 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process and are based on your location. All applicable charges will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Tracking Orders: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
Shipping Restrictions: We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to major cities within Pakistan.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is any mismatch or if you receive the wrong order, you may return the product within 7 days of the purchase date.
